We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. Signatures are required upon delivery to receive packages.
Standard Ground Delivery, Continental United States
For all Standard Ground shipping (in-stock items) – please allow 5-10 business days from the date the package was shipped. Your package will take 24-36 business hours to process and ship.
Shipping to APO/FPO and PO Box addresses.
All APO/FPO packages will be shipped via United States Postal Service. Expedited shipping is not available for these deliveries. Please allow for additional transit time (usually 4-8 weeks).
*Standard delivery is unavailable to Hawaii.
Next Day Shipping
Orders (of in-stock product) placed Monday-Friday, will take 24-36 business hours to process and ship. Your package will arrive in the next business day, from the date your package was shipped.
Second Day Shipping
Orders (of in-stock product) placed Monday-Friday, will take 24-36 business hours to process and ship. Your package will arrive in two business days from the date your package was shipped.
*We do not ship or deliver on Saturday or Sunday.
*Express delivery to Alaska, Hawaii, or an APO/Military address may require additional funds.
We try to utilize the most economical carriers for overseas shipping.
* We are not responsible for VAT, Duty or Customs Charges. If applicable and charged by Customs to the designated carrier, they must be in-turn paid by the customer.
Skin Therapy by Julia T. Hunter M.D., Skin Fitness Plus and all Supplements, and Skin Physiology product lines are non-returnable.
If the product has been damaged in shipping and completely unusable, please contact our company for authorization prior to return at firstname.lastname@example.org. Damaged goods are accepted within 21 days of invoice generated date with invoice and photo of the damage included and be returned by mail or your preferred carrier for exchange only.
• Juliathuntermd.com reserves the right to allow returns and limit the number of returns.
• Products returned without a return authorization from the company will not be allowed or exchanged.
• We are only able to issue an exchange on product received at our fulfillment center.
