Menstrual irregularities or their symptoms, such as abnormal vaginal bleeding, can be caused by a wide variety of abnormal conditions, including pregnancy, hormonal imbalances or changes, infection (sexually transmitted diseases and other infections), malignancy (cervical, uterine or vaginal cancer), trauma, and certain medications. Treatment of menstrual irregularities varies and is tailored to the individual case, the underlying cause, the severity of symptoms, and the presence of any complications.

ESTRIOL SUPPORT, PROGESTERONE SUPPORT, DHEA SUPPORT
ESTRIOL – ESTROGEN SUPPORT – has been shown to assist in helping to protect women from the risk of cardiovascular disease, breast cancer, osteoporosis, Alzheimer’s disease, urinary incontinence and vaginal atrophy/dryness. It energetically helps to promote skin elasticity thus tightening and helps reduce symptoms of menopause—mood swings, hot flashes, depression, fatigue, anxiety, brain fog.
Instructions: One pump once a day anytime if needed to help support natural levels, generally age 45 or older, ideally after bathing before skin products. Generally over age 50 may use twice a day in the AM and PM. Alternate where you place on skin, anywhere on body, as may help promote skin rejuvenation. For external use only.

DHEA SUPPORT – DHEA is an essential hormone produced in the adrenal glands that helps balance all other hormones in both sexes such as testosterone and estrogens and is imperative in helping to combat the negative and aging effects of stress in the entire body including skin, maintaining healthy immune system functioning, burning fat, production of proteins and is essential for building muscle. The level of DHEA in our body decreases as we age, worsened by stress thus enhancing aging, lack of energy and may speed all organs progressive deterioration. By increasing our DHEA levels, it has been shown to help improve one’s sense of well-being, reduce body fat, improve skin tightness, moisture, help prevent brown spots, growths and abnormal pigment, maintain normal sex drive, enhance memory, increase bone density and help prevent the risk of disease.
Instructions: Generally, age 45 or older, one pump every other day once a day anytime if needed to help support natural levels, ideally after bathing before skin products. Over age 50 may use once a day. Alternate where you place on skin, anywhere below collarbones on body, as may help promote skin rejuvenation. Instructions: 2 pills AM and/or PM. If personal family history of breast disease, prostate diseases/enlargement – take 2 pills twice a day.

START with THYROID SUPPORT taking it 6 days per week:
If you are most tired in the AM then add in the AM with the ADRENAL LIFE FORCE, 1 THYROID SUPPORT. If you are most tired mid-afternoon, then add BY 3PM-1 THYROID SUPPORT
If you REMAIN tired in the AM despite 1 THYROID SUPPORT and 3 ADRENAL LIFE FORCE, add 2 THYROID SUPPORT in the AM as long as NO undesired reactions as described above.
If you REMAIN tired in the mid-afternoon, DESPITE 1 THYROID SUPPORT and 3 ADRENAL LIFE FORCE, add 2 THYROID SUPPORT BY 3 PM as long as NO undesired reactions as described above.
The MAXIMUM amount of THYROID SUPPORT that you can take is 2 AM and 2 mid-afternoons.
