Virtually EVERYONE IN THE WORLD is allergic to wheat-white and whole and I advise to not eat it as it is FREQUENTLY the cause of weight struggles, many medical and psychological symptoms-such as irritability, depression, fibromyalgia, acne, etc (from experience in the office and from other practitioners’ experience worldwide). Substitute raw nuts, grains, vegetable starches that are right for your blood type and you will NOT miss the wheat and you can eat it on occasion to remember how bad it makes you feel once you recognize what it does to you. 

Sugar is not your friend for weight, health or beauty. Substitute with Xylitol, Blackstrap molasses, pomegranate syrup, dates, raw VERY dark chocolate or raw Unsweetened cacao powder or a little stevia- as it is TOO sweet and the goal is to not want sweet because craving sweet overall is a sign you are overgrown internally with fungus and that promotes disease, aging, weight gain and not feeling good nor happy. The tongue cannot tell the difference between sugar and any sweetener, rather it can just interpret the degree of sweetness and that tells the body how much fat to make. The sweeter something is, the more aggressively you make fat.

Avoid cow dairy as most people are allergic to it and it is full of VERY sweet, disease promoting and fat producing sugar-galactose. Alternatives are unsweetened almond, rice, coconut, goat and camel milks but right for your blood type and goat and sheep cheese instead of cow cheese.

You HAVE to exercise and yes I know it is hard but do you want to be healthy, happy, beautiful, self satisfied and decrease your risk of disease and slow down the ticking of the clock and turn back the clock? You have to start slowly and train carefully and you have to do some weight lifting to increase your metabolic rate so you are burning increased calories while you are not active as well. I am a fan of THE FIRM, BARR method, yoga, dancing, JJ Virgin and anything Dr. Roby Mitchell instructs for exercising. You also need to exercise and weight lifts your facial muscles with my facial muscle exerciser ideally. 

Make sure you do not lack hydrochloric acid digestive enzymes. Most A and AB blood types do but I find even O type blood types do increasingly. If you lack them you often have gas, bloating, constipation, food feeling like it sits too long in your stomach or that food makes you feel like you ate a horse or acne especially on the neck, forehead, cheeks, upper lip, and atypical skin rashes. I have often found that people can completely lack these digestive enzymes and they don’t recognize any symptoms. The bottom line is you take 1 per meal. If your stomach does NOT burn you NEED them. Then you increase one pill per meal per day until your stomach burns then you decrease one pill per meal and that equals your ideal dose. If you lack these enzymes also you have low B12 and B vitamins as you cannot absorb them and even if you eat fresh picked, right out of your organic garden you cannot absorb the nutrients and everything irritates your gut and inflames it. If you have acid reflux-even though it seems counterintuitive you LACK hydrochloric acid and when you take it the acid reflux goes away. The WRONG thing to take overall is antacids. Sometimes if you are REALLY full of fungus and have had low HCL digestive enzymes for a very long time then initially your stomach may burn a bit then it goes away as you continue using them. Those are usually patients with rosacea, very oily skin, significant acne, fungal issues of the skin such as psoriasis, seborrhea, fungal rashes, dandruff that is significant. Everyone’s HCL decreases as they age. Sometimes you just have to try Hypo Zymase and see if you need them by if your stomach continues burning when you take them.

Make sure your thyroid is not low – please click on Critical Info for a hypothyroid symptoms sheet. Get the blood tests FREE T3, FREE T4, REVERSE T3, Thyroid peroxidase and thyroglobulin antibodies and discuss with your physician the results. If you have the clinical symptoms virtually always you have low thyroid despite the blood work, this is a huge controversy in medicine currently. Thyroid is not the cure for weight loss. It is a piece of the puzzle. Fat is the storage facility for toxins in the body and the body does not like to release those toxins but they MUST be cleared from the body for health, beauty, antiaging, restoration, quality longevity and rejuvenation. Often it is VERY hard to loose weight despite doing everything right. I add L-Carnitine to help as well, Panax Ginseng but especially in estrogen dominant women who have struggled with being overweight for years, you have to do the HCG diet in order to FORCE the body to burn that DENSE, poor blood supply, fat. Dr. Roby Mitchell is the expert on this diet. It works and it helps tighten skin at the same time and there is no other diet that does that as a side effect.
